(قَوْلُهُ: كَانَ) أَيْ التَّسْمِيَةُ وَكَذَا ضَمِيرُ قَبْلَهُ ح أَيْ وَتَذْكِيرُ الضَّمِيرِ بِاعْتِبَارِ الْمَذْكُورِ أَوْ؛ لِأَنَّ الْمُرَادَ بِالتَّسْمِيَةِ الْمُسَمَّى أَيْ الْمَهْرُ
