(فإن نقصته) أي الجد (المقاسمة عن ثلث المال) إذا لم يكن معهم صاحب فرض (أعطيه) أي أعطي ثلث المال كجد وأخوين وأخت فأكثر له الثلث، والباقي لهم للذكر مثل حظ الأنثيين، وتستوي له المقاسمة والثلث في جد وأخوين، وجد وأربع أخوات، وجد وأخ وأختين،
