«ولا يربط» العلة نفس الشيء؛ لأنك إذا ربطته على عمود أو على خشبة فإن الضربة ستكون ضربتين.
وأيضاً ذكروا أثراً عن ابن مسعود رضي الله عنه قال:«ليس في ديننا مد ولا قيد ولا تجريد».
