(ولا ينزع) أي يرجع (عن إقراره حتى يقطع) قال الموفق: هذا قول أكثر الفقهاء، لقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم للسارق «ما إخالك سرقت؟» يعرض له ليرجع، ولأنه إنما ثبت بالاعتراف، فقبل رجوعه، كحد الزنا.
