وأما هم فيما بينهم فإنه يقدم الشقيق فإذا لم يوجد الشقيق فالذي للأب يقوم مقامه. قال مقيد هذا الشرح عفا الله تعالى عنه: قوله: "ثم الجد والإخوة" شامل للإخوة الأشقاء والذين للأب.
