يعني أن هذا الجمع لا يكره: وإن كان خلاف الأولى: وقوله: "بلا كره" ، متعلق برخص، قاله الشيخ إبراهيم؛ أي لا يكره للرجال ولا للنساء. وهذا هو المشهور. ولمالك في العتبية الكراهة، وحملها الباجي على إتيان غير الأفضل، وعن مالك يكره للرجل ويرخص فيه للمرأة.
