وإن أذن لعبد؛ يعني أن السيد إذا أذن لعبده الذي تضر عبادته بعملة في نذر الاعتكاف فنذره، فليس له أن يمنعه من الوفاء به، ومعنى تضر عبادته بعمله: تضر بخراجه، بأن لا يؤدي خراجه إن كان من عبيد الخراج أو بخدمته إن كان من عبيد الخدمة، ولا مفهوم للاعتكاف عن غيره من العبادات،
