(وَغَفْلَةٍ) وَلَمَّا كَانَ الْحَيْضُ مَانِعًا شَرْعِيًّا عُرِفَتْ مَانِعِيَّتُهُ مِنْ الشَّارِعِ وَلَا اسْتِقْلَالَ لِلْعَقْلِ بِهِ جَعَلَهُ أَصْلًا فَشَبَّهَ بِهِ مَا قَبْلَهُ بِقَوْلِهِ
