وَلَوْ تَفَرَّقَتْ مَاشِيَةُ الْمَالِكِ فِي أَمَاكِنَ فَهِيَ كَالَّتِي فِي مَكَان وَاحِدٍ حَتَّى لَوْ مَلَكَ أَرْبَعِينَ شَاةً فِي بَلَدَيْنِ لَزِمَتْهُ الزَّكَاةُ،

وَلَوْ مَلَكَ ثَمَانِينَ فِي بَلَدَيْنِ فِي كُلٍّ أَرْبَعُونَ لَا يَلْزَمُهُ إلَّا شَاةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ وَإِنْ بَعُدَتْ الْمَسَافَةُ بَيْنَهُمَا خِلَافًا لِلْإِمَامِ أَحْمَدَ، فَإِنَّهُ يَلْزَمُ عِنْدَهُ عِنْدَ التَّبَاعُدِ شَاتَانِ. .
