قال: (وقيل: يمنع سفرًا مخوفًا) كالجهاد ٠ ورجحه الإصطخري؛ صيانة للدين، كذا أطلق الصنف هذا الوجه وقيده في (الروضة) بأن لا يقيم كفيلًا في الدين.
