"وكذا" حكم "الصوم" في شهر رمضان "إن أفطر فيه المسافر والمريض وماتا قبل الإقامة" للمسافر "و" قبل "الصحة" للمريض لعدم إدراكهما {فَعِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَ} فلا يلزمهما الإيصاء به
