"و" لا يصلى على "قاتل بالخنق غيلة" بالكسر الاغتيال يقال قتله غيلة وهو أن يخدعه فيذهب به إلى موضع فيقتله والمراد أعم كما لو خنقه في منزل لسعيه في الأرض بالفساد
