" الشهيد " مرتثا" بذلك كذا قاله الكمال وإذا اختلط قتلى المسلمين بقتلى الكفار أو موتاهم بموتاهم فإن كان المسلمون أكثر يصلي عليهم وينوي المسلمين وإلا فلا إلا من عرف أنه من المسلمين ويتخذ لهم مقبرة على حدة كذمية ماتت حبلى بمسلم. [
