"وسبب وجوب رمضان" يعني افترض صومه "شهود جزء" صالح للصوم "منه" أيس من رمضان خرج الليل وما بعد الزوال على ما قاله فخر الإسلام ومن وافقه خلافا لشمس الأئمة أن السبب مطلق الوقت في الشهر
