"النذر المعين زمانه" كقوله لله علي صوم يوم الخميس من هذه الجمعة فإذا أطلق النية ليلته أو نهاره إلى ما قبل نصف النهار صح وخرج به من عهدة المنذور "و" أداء "النفل فيصح" كل من هذه الثلاثة
