"أو صب أحد في جوفه ماء وهو" أي صائم "نائم" لوصول المفطر إلى جوفه كما لو شرب وهو نائم وليس كالنامي لأنه تؤكل ذبيحته وذاهب العقل والنائم لا تؤكل ذبيحتهما
