مراقي الفلاح شرح نور الإيضاحal-Shurunbulali

"أو سافر" أي أنشأ السفر "بعد ما أصبح مقيما" ناويا من الليل "فأكل" في حالة السفر وجامع عمدا لشبهة السفر وإن لم يحل له الفطر فإن رجع إلى وطنه لحاجة نسيها فأكل في منزله عمدا أو قبل انفصاله عن العمران لزمته الكفارة لان نتقاض السفر بالرجوع
