"أو وطئت وهي نائمة" أو بعد طروء الجنون عليها وقد نوت ليلا فسد بالوطء ولا كفارة عليها لعدم جنايتها حتى لو لم يوجد مفسد صح صومها ذلك اليوم لأن الجنون الطارئ ليس مفسدا للصوم
