"وصح نية النهر" جمع نهار "خاصة" بالاعتكاف إذا نوى تخصيصه بالأيام "دون الليالي" إذا نذر اعتكاف دون شهر لأنه نوى حقيقة كلامه فتعمل نيته كقوله نذرت اعتكاف عشرين يوما ونوى بياض النهار خاصة منها صحت نيته
