"و" القسم "الرابع" من المياه: "ماء نجس وهو: الذي حلت" أي وقعت "فيه نجاسة" وعلم وقوعها يقينا أو بغلبة الظن وهذا في غير قليل الأرواث لأنه معفو عنه كما سنذكره "وكان" الماء
