"ويجب طلب الماء" غلوة بنفسه أو رسوله وهي ثلاثمائة خطوة "إلى مقدار أربعمائة خطوة" من جانب ظنه "إلا ظن قربه" برؤية طير أو خضرة أو خير "مع الأمن وإلا" بأن لم يظن أو خاف عدوا "فلا" يطلبه
