"ولا" ينجس الماء "بوقوع آدمي و" لا بوقوع "ما يؤكل لحمه" كالإبل والبقر والغنم "إذا خرج حيا ولم يكن على بدنه نجاسة" متيقنة ولا ينظر إلى ظاهر اشتمال أبوالها على أفخاذها
