"و" يشترط "اعتقاد دخوله" لتكون عبادته بنية جازمة لأن الشاك ليس بجازم حتى لو صلى وعنده أن الوقت لم يدخل فظهر أنه كان قد دخل لا تجزئه لأنه لما حكم بفساد صلاته بناء على دليل شرعي وهو تحريه الأول أن الوقت لم يدخل لا ينقلب جائزا إذا ظهر خلافه ويخاف عليه في دينه
