"فقبلته جهة قدرته" للضرورة "و" قبلة الخائف جهة "أمنه" ولو خاف أن يراه العدو إن قعد صلى مضطجعا بالإيماء إلى جهة أمنه والقادر بقدرة الغير ليس قادرا عند الإمام خلافا لهما وإذا لم يجد أحدا فلا خلاف في الصحة
