"فعلم بعد فراغه" من الصلاة "أنه أصاب صحت" وإن علم بإصابته فيها فسدت كما لو لم يعلم إصابته أصلا ولو تحرى قوم جهات وجهلوا حال إمامهم تجزيهم.

لأنه يتبين الصواب بطل الحكم بالاستصحاب وثبت الجواز من الصلاة
