"و" لذا كره إمامة "الفاسق" العالم لعدم اهتمامه بالدين فتجب إهانته شرعا فلا يعظم بتقديمه للإمامة وإذا تعذر منعه ينتقل عنه إلى غير مسجده للجمعة وغيرها وإن لم يقم الجمعة إلا هو تصلى معه
