(و) وجب (عليه قضاؤها) ؛ لأنه بشروعه فيها أوجبها على نفسه، ولم يوجد منه الأداء؛ فلزمه القضاء.

(قَوْلُهُ وَعَلَيْهِ قَضَاؤُهَا) يَعْنِي بَعْدَ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ لِأَنَّهُ بِشُرُوعِهِ فِيهَا أَوْجَبَهَا عَلَى نَفْسِهِ فَقَدْ وُجِدَ مِنْهُ الْوُجُوبُ وَلَمْ يُوجَدْ مِنْهُ الْأَدَاءُ فَلَزِمَهُ الْقَضَاءُ وَاَللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ.
