(قَوْلُهُ وَيَجُوزُ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِهَا عَلَى مَسَاكِينِ الْحَرَمِ وَغَيْرِهِمْ) إلَّا أَنَّ مَسَاكِينَ الْحَرَمِ أَفْضَلُ إلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ غَيْرُهُمْ أَحْوَجَ مِنْهُمْ
