الجوهرة النيرةal-Haddadi

(قَوْلُهُ: وَيَجُوزُ الْمَسْحُ عَلَى الْجَبَائِرِ) الْجَبَائِرُ عِيدَانُ يُجْبَرُ بِهَا الْكَسْرُ وَأَجْرَى الْحُكْمَ فِيمَا إذَا شَدَّهَا بِخِرْقَةٍ أَوْ انْكَسَرَ ظُفُرُهُ فَجَعَلَ عَلَيْهِ الْعِلْكَ أَوْ الدَّوَاءَ مَجْرَى ذَلِكَ وَالْحَدَثُ وَالْجُنُبُ فِي مَسْحِ الْجَبِيرَةِ سَوَاءٌ
