قَوْلُهُ: (وَإِذَا وُجِدَا حَرُمَ التَّفَاضُلُ وَالنَّسَاءُ) لِوُجُودِ الْعِلَّةِ مِثْلُ الْحِنْطَةِ بِالْحِنْطَةِ، وَالْفِضَّةِ بِالْفِضَّةِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ وُجِدَ الْجِنْسُ وَالْمَعْنَى الْمَضْمُومُ إلَيْهِ.
