قَوْلُهُ: (وَقَالَ أَبُو حَنِيفَةَ: لَا أَحْجُرُ فِي الدَّيْنِ) أَيْ لَا أَحْجُرُ بِسَبَبِ الدَّيْنِ فَإِذَا لَمْ يُحْجَرْ عَلَيْهِ جَازَ تَصَرُّفُهُ، وَإِقْرَارُهُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ بَالِغٌ عَاقِلٌ.
