(قَوْلُهُ: وَأَوَّلُ وَقْتِ الظُّهْرِ إذَا زَالَتْ الشَّمْسُ) أَيْ زَالَتْ مِنْ الِاسْتِوَاءِ إلَى الِانْحِطَاطِ وَسُمِّيَ ظُهْرًا؛ لِأَنَّهُ أَوَّلُ وَقْتٍ ظَهَرَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ وَلَا خِلَافَ فِي أَوَّلِ وَقْتِهِ
