(فإن أحضره) فيها، لأنه وفى ما عليه (وإلا) أي: وإلا يحضره (حبسه الحاكم) لامتناعه عن إيفاء حق مستحق، ولكن لا يحبسه أول مرة لعله لم يدر لماذا دعي،
