(وَأُجْرَةُ رَدِّ الْعَيْنِ الْمَغْصُوبَةِ عَلَى الْغَاصِبِ) لِأَنَّ الْوَاجِبَ عَلَيْهِ الرَّدُّ وَالْإِعَادَةُ إلَى يَدِ الْمَالِكِ لِأَنَّهُ نَقَلَهَا مِنْ مَالِكِهَا غَصْبًا.
