(والنفقة على الزرع) بعد انقضاء مدة المزارعة (عليهما) : أي المتعاقدين (على مقدار حقوقهما) ؛ لانتهاء العقد بانقضاء المدة، وهذا عمل في المال المشترك. قيدنا بانقضاء المدة لأنه قبل انقضائها على العامل خاصة
