(وَلَا يَنْعَقِدُ بِلَفْظِ الْإِجَارَةٍ وَالْإِبَاحَةِ) ؛ لِأَنَّ الْإِجَارَةَ مُؤَقَّتَةٌ وَذَلِكَ يُنَافِي النِّكَاحَ؛ لِأَنَّ مُقْتَضَاهُ التَّأْبِيدُ
