(وقال محمد) وزفر: (لا يطلقها للسنة إلا واحدة) ، لأن الأصل في الطلاق الحظر، وقد ورد الشرع بالتفريق على فصول العدة، والشهر في حق الحامل ليس من فصولها، فصارت كالممتد طهرها، واعتمد قول الأولين المحبوبي والنسفي والموصلي وغيرهم كما هو الرسم اهـ تصحيح.
