(وإذا قال) لها (إن حضت فأنت طالق وفلانة، فقالت: قد حضت، طلقت هي) فقط (ولم تطلق فلانة) لأنها في حق الغير كالمدعية، فصارت كأحد الورثة إذا أقر بدين على الميت قبل قوله في حصته ولم يقبل في حق بقية الورثة
