(قَوْلُهُ: فَإِذَا اسْتَوَى قَائِمًا كَبَّرَ وَسَجَدَ وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْ يَدَيْهِ)

أَمَّا الِاسْتِوَاءُ قَائِمًا فَلَيْسَ بِفَرْضٍ عِنْدَهُمَا وَقَالَ أَبُو يُوسُفَ فَرْضٌ وَقَدْ بَيَّنَّاهُ. (قَوْلُهُ: وَيَعْتَمِدُ بِيَدَيْهِ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ) يَعْنِي فِي حَالَةِ سُجُودِهِ.
