(قَوْلُهُ وَقَذْفُ الْأَخْرَسِ لَا يَتَعَلَّقُ بِهِ لِعَانٌ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَأْتِي بِصَرِيحِ لَفْظِ الزِّنَا وَإِنَّمَا يُسْتَدَلُّ عَلَيْهِ بِالْإِشَارَةِ فَهِيَ كَالْكِتَابَةِ.
