(وإذا ولدت) المرأة (ولدين في بطن واحد) وهو أن يكون بينهما أقل من ستة أشهر (فنفى) الزوج الولد (الأول واعترف بالثاني ثبت نسبهما) ، لأنهما توأمان خلقا من ماء واحد (وحد الزوج) ؛ لأنه أكذب نفسه بدعوى الثاني
