(قَوْلُهُ: فَإِنْ تَسَاوَوْا فَأَوْرَعُهُمْ) لِأَنَّ مَعَهُ زِيَادَةَ الْوَرَعِ وَهُوَ دَرَجَةٌ فَوْقَ التَّقْوَى؛ لِأَنَّ التَّقْوَى اجْتِنَابُ الْمَحَارِمِ وَالْوَرَعَ اجْتِنَابُ الشُّبُهَاتِ.
