قَوْلُهُ: (وَيُنْزَعُ عَنْهُ ثِيَابُهُ) يَعْنِي مَا خَلَا الْإِزَارَ لِأَنَّ الثِّيَابَ تَمْنَعُ وُصُولَ الْأَلَمِ إلَيْهِ قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى {وَلا تَأْخُذْكُمْ بِهِمَا رَأْفَةٌ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ} .
