(قَوْلُهُ وَيَشْهَدُ الْجَنَائِزَ وَيَعُودُ الْمَرْضَى) لِأَنَّ ذَلِكَ مِنْ السُّنَّةِ وَمِنْ حُقُوقِ الْمُسْلِمِ فَلَا يَمْنَعُ الْقَضَاءُ مِنْهَا وَقَدْ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ - عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ - يَشْهَدُ الْجَنَائِزَ وَيَعُودُ الْمَرْضَى وَهُوَ أَفْضَلُ الْحُكَّامِ.
