(وإذا كان مع الثمن ثلثان) كزوجة وبنتين (أو) كان مع الثمن (سدس) كزوجة وأم وابن (فأصلها من أربعة وعشرين، وتعول إلى سبعة وعشرين) كزوجة وبنتين وأبوين.
