الجوهرة النيرةal-Haddadi

(قَوْلُهُ: وَقَالَ أَبُو يُوسُفَ اثْنَانِ سِوَى الْإِمَامِ) لِأَنَّ لِلْمُثَنَّى حُكْمَ الْجَمَاعَةِ حَتَّى إنَّ الْإِمَامَ تَقَدَّمَ عَلَيْهِمَا وَلَهُمَا قَوْله تَعَالَى {إِذَا نُودِيَ لِلصَّلاةِ مِنْ يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ فَاسْعَوْا إِلَى ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ} فَهَذَا يَقْتَضِي مُنَادِيًا وَهُوَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ وَذَاكِرًا وَهُوَ الْإِمَامُ، وَقَوْلُهُ فَاسْعَوْا خِطَابُ جَمْعٍ وَأَقَلُّ الْجَمْعِ ثَلَاثَةٌ.
