(قَوْلُهُ: وَلَا تَجِبُ الْجُمُعَةُ عَلَى مُسَافِرٍ) لِأَنَّهُ تَلْحَقُهُ الْمَشَقَّةُ بِأَدَائِهَا؛ لِأَنَّهُ يَنْقَطِعُ بِانْتِظَارِ الْإِمَامِ عَنْ سَفَرِهِ فَسَقَطَتْ عَنْهُ كَالصَّوْمِ.
