(الصَّلَاةُ فِي الْكَعْبَةِ جَائِزَةٌ فَرْضُهَا وَنَفْلُهَا) وَقَالَ مَالِكٌ يَجُوزُ فِيهَا النَّفَلُ وَلَا يَجُوزُ فِيهَا الْفَرْضُ وَسُمِّيَتْ الْكَعْبَةُ بِهَا لِارْتِفَاعِهَا وَنُتُوئِهَا وَمِنْهُ الْكَعْبُ فِي الرَّجُلِ وَكُعُوبُ الرُّمْحِ وَجَارِيَةٌ كَاعِبٌ.
