(وإلا تيمم) ولو لم يؤخر وتيمم وصلى جاز لو بينه وبين الماء ميل، وإلا لا، در. قال الإمام حافظ الدين: هذه المسألة تدل على أن الصلاة في أول الوقت عندنا أفضل، إلا إذا تضمن التأخير فضيلة كتكثير الجماعة اهـ.
