(قَوْلُهُ فَإِذَا لَبَّى فَقَدْ أَحْرَمَ) يَعْنِي لَبَّى وَنَوَى لِأَنَّ الْعِبَادَةَ لَا تَتَأَدَّى إلَّا بِالنِّيَّةِ فَلَا يَصِيرُ شَارِعًا بِمُجَرَّدِ النِّيَّةِ مَا لَمْ يَأْتِ بِالتَّلْبِيَةِ أَوْ مَا يَقُومُ مَقَامَهَا مِنْ الذِّكْرِ.
